This is a first for Inspire Medical and something we’ve been eager to roll out for a while. We’ve always specialised in doctor recruitment, but it made sense to extend the same quality and flexibility to the incredible nurses who keep hospitals running day and night.
Why Locum Nursing Works
The appeal of locum work is pretty simple: freedom. You choose when and where you work, set your own pace, and get fairly rewarded for your time and expertise. Some people pick up shifts alongside a permanent role, while others make it their full-time thing — either way, there’s plenty of work to go around.
To get started, you’ll need:
- NMBI registration
- Two professional references
- An up-to-date INMO (or equivalent) certificate
- The right to work in Ireland
Once you’re in our system, we’ll handle the rest — from paperwork to placements.
