It’s safe to say summer flew by this year — and the Inspire Medical team hardly stood still.
Between hospital visits, candidate meetings, and the odd airport dash, we’ve been keeping busy helping hospitals across Ireland and Northern Ireland stay fully staffed through the summer months.
A Summer of Travel (and a Bit of Fun!)
We kicked things off by welcoming a wave of new doctors to our freshly refurbished office in Dublin. There’s nothing better than meeting candidates face to face — it helps us get to know what they’re looking for, not just where they want to work.
Alan also squeezed in a trip to Romania for the wedding of one of our longest-serving locums (and good friend). It was brilliant catching up with familiar faces in a more relaxed setting, and a reminder of how close-knit this community really is.
Kevin managed to sneak in a “work-from-Portugal” week — proof that good Wi-Fi and sunshine can coexist. Back home, we spent plenty of time on the road visiting The Rotunda, Whitfield Clinic, and Temple Street among others.
We’ve also had a few new faces join the Inspire team — Hannah Mulholland and Mark McKeown — and welcomed Barry Acaroglu from our London office for a few days. It’s great to see the team continue to grow as the business does.
And to top it all off, we proudly sponsored Mullinahone GAA, got a photo with the Liam McCarthy Cup, and reminded ourselves why community support matters just as much as hospital visits.
The work never slows down, but neither does the energy — here’s to an even busier autumn ahead!
