Consultants at All Levels – Gulf Region

Inspire Medical is recruiting consultants at all levels and across all specialties for permanent positions in the Gulf region, mainly in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Medical Director

• Provide consultant-level care in your specialty within an accredited hospital, to the standards set by the local health authority.
• Lead and develop the clinical service, working with the multidisciplinary team and hospital management.
• Supervise and teach junior medical staff and contribute to departmental education.
• Take part in clinical governance, quality improvement and the department’s on-call arrangements.
• Maintain complete, timely clinical documentation in line with the hospital’s systems and accreditation requirements.

• Specialist registration in your home jurisdiction (IMC, GMC or equivalent) with a recognised higher qualification in your specialty.
• Consultant-level experience; recent practice in Ireland, the UK, North America or Western Europe is an advantage for Gulf licensing.
• Eligibility for licensing with the relevant health authority — we advise on the pathway before you commit.
• A verifiable, gap-free employment history and clean disciplinary record.
• Willingness to relocate, and an interest in working in a diverse, English-speaking clinical environment.
