Clinical Psychologist

Inspire Medical is recruiting Clinical Psychologists for permanent positions at various locations around Ireland. Posts are available across adult mental health, child and adolescent, primary care and disability services, and every one comes with an excellent salary and benefits package.

Principal Clinical Psychologist

• Carry out psychological assessment, formulation and evidence-based intervention for the service’s referred clients.
• Contribute psychological thinking to the multidisciplinary team through consultation, case discussion and joint working.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and produce written reports for clients, referrers and other agencies.
• Provide supervision to trainee and assistant psychologists as appropriate to your grade.
• Take part in service evaluation, audit and the development of the psychology service.

• A recognised doctoral qualification in Clinical Psychology, or a qualification validated by the Psychological Society of Ireland as equivalent.
• Eligibility for membership of the Psychological Society of Ireland.
• Post-qualification experience in the relevant client group is required for senior posts and welcome for basic grade.
• Strong assessment, formulation and report-writing skills, and confidence working within a multidisciplinary team.
• Garda vetting, occupational health clearance and two professional references.
